If you wish to return your item via the mail within 15 days of delivery for full refund minus shipping charges, you must contact us for an RA# by emailing us at email@example.com. This RA# number must be included inside of the package being returned so that we can properly credit your account. Any item being returned must be in its original packaging, unworn and free of damage. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, your refund will be credited back to you on the method of payment used in the original purchase whenever possible. You may also wish to exchange your item at our store located at 28 Dock Square, Kennebunkport.
CERTAIN ITEMS, HOWEVER, MAY NOT BE RETURNED:
- Personalized items (ie. initial rings, name bracelets, engraved or monogrammed items).
- Special Orders (items that must be ordered in a special size or items that we do not normally stock).
- Any in stock item that our jeweler has sized specifically for recipient.
- Watches may only be returned if they are unworn and returned in their original packaging, with the original box and all original documentation enclosed.
